Every recommendation came where ChatGPT read your Ceneo and Allegro listings.ChatGPT searched the web for every question. For your developer
Cause: Cloudflare → Security → Bots → “Block AI bots” is on and set to block AI search crawlers too, which keeps OAI-SearchBot out.
Fix: Allow verified AI search crawlers, or add a WAF skip rule for OpenAI’s published IP ranges. GPTBot, which trains models, can stay blocked; it doesn’t affect ChatGPT search.
Done when: a request as “OAI-SearchBot” to a product page returns 200, with the price in the HTML.

Can you guarantee AI will recommend my shop?
No, and nobody can. There’s no placement to buy inside an assistant’s answer. We show you where you stand, who’s winning and what to change. If someone guarantees recommendations, walk away.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO is about Google’s list of links. An assistant writes one answer and names two or three shops, and it picks them from other signals: who writes about you, and what it can read on your pages. We show you those, question by question, with the shops it picked beside you.
